About the Opportunity
Bolinda has an exciting and highly rewarding opportunity for a highly-skilled, experienced, National Sales Manager to join their dynamic team in Melbourne, VIC.
In this role, you will be managing a national team of sales and account managers to ensure sales targets and growth are met. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the key accounts of Bolinda.
This is a pivotal role within a highly successful international business. Bolinda is looking for passionate sales professional with a proven history success in a consultative sales role as well as extensive experience in a business development role. Qualifications in business, sales management, people management or equivalent and experience in the publishing industry are highly desirable, but not essential.
You'll be self-motivated, organised and team-oriented, with excellent time-management skills. Additionally, you'll have a confident and approachable personality, with the ability to tackle problems analytically and strategically. You'll also have the ability to generate workable solutions for customers and stakeholders. A well-developed pattern of target setting, motivation and enthusiasm will be critical to your success in this role.
Bolinda is seeking a 'people-person' with highly developed written and verbal communication skills, who is able to communicate with ease and authority to a diverse audience. A self motivated 'go getter' who is able to work comfortably and accurately in a fast-paced environment, you will be proactive in your approach and not afraid to take the initiative to get the job done. Additionally, you will be able to apply your excellent problem solving skills to the task at hand and adapt easily to changing conditions.
You'll demonstrate strong business acumen and financial awareness, always considering issues from a 'big picture' perspective. You'll be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, and prior knowledge of SalesForce would be advantageous.
Importantly, you'll possess exceleent people management skills, with significant experience leading, managing and mentoring sales teams to meet and exceed targets.
