In 2007 lawlab implemented a secure online collaborative software application to allow clients, agents, brokers and other lawyers access to their matters. Today this software application is the platform which supports their digital transformation to e-conveyancing for its clients and partners.

About the Opportunity

Lawlab has several exciting opportunities for Relationship Account Managers to join its teams in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.

In these roles you will primarily be responsible for fostering and growing strong, lasting relationships with real estate and financial institutional customers and growing your client portfolio through predominantly warm leads, provided through channel partner arrangements.

Your key responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to:

  • Managing and developing relationships with existing referral partners through regular calls/visits, attending Professional Development Days, and facilitating events and training;
  • Onboarding, training and supporting existing and new partners in Rundl­­­;
  • Positioning and educating partners and clients on lawlab services including the development and management of sales collateral;
  • Identifying, researching and scheduling appointments with new partners; and
  • Achieving weekly sales and customer satisfaction goals.

To be considered for these roles you will have a demonstrated history of sales excellence and account management, ideally in a B2B environment. You will have an understanding of using technology, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be comfortable presenting complex information in an easily relatable manner. You will have experience in dealing with professionals across legal, real estate or finance backgrounds.

With excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, you'll be able to forge strong, lasting relationships with a diverse range of clients and you will be comfortable building extended networks of contacts and clients. Your sales and business acumen will allow you to identify new business opportunities and grow them from warm leads.

As a salesperson, you'll be driven by delivering outstanding customer service and be able to handle issues and objections. You'll be motivated — not daunted — by your targets, and have the high level organisation skills to manage your regular sales tasks with new and ongoing clients. Experience in conducting administrative duties related to sales will be highly beneficial, and you'll appreciate the value of established systems and processes in sales and account management. Attention to detail and excellent written communication skills are essential.
