Based in Melbourne, Wengfu Australia markets agricultural fertilisers to dealers across the eastern seaboard from storage facilities in Melbourne, Lara, Portland, Adelaide, Newcastle and Brisbane.

About the Opportunity

Wengfu Australia has a rewarding opportunity for two Customer Service Coordinators to join their team on a full-time basis in Melbourne. Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you will work in a team with two other coordinators in order to ensure the day to day sales processes are maintained through the provision of quality customer service and efficient administration support.

Your duties may include, but will not be limited to:

  • Providing coordination and administration support;
  • Providing a consistently high level of customer service;
  • Establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships;
  • Coordinating and processing product contracts, orders and collections;
  • Maintaining a strong general knowledge of all Wengfu products; and
  • Undertaking special projects as advised.

The successful candidate will have experience in administration and customer service, with an exposure to stock control and logistics. You’ll be a process driven individual, with a demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Your high level of communication skills and exceptional phone manner will ensure your interactions with customers are professional and efficient. Your strong problems solving skills will enable you to resolve issues for customers, sales managers and distribution centres in a timely and effective manner.

Prioritising effectively, you will need to be able to engage in a number of various duties and tasks with various customers at any given time. Working with a client base of repeat customers within the agricultural indutry, the successful candidate will need to be able to effectively engage with these clients to meet their needs.  

Above all, you will need to be resilient, attentive and adaptable, with strong computer literacy and impeccable customer service.
