About the Opportunity
Due to business growth, Russ-Tech Solutions has an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join their small team in Emerald, working 9am-3pm approximately 30 hours a week.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to the office.
More specifically, some of your tasks will include (but will not be limited to):
- Answering and transferring phone calls, checking messages and following up accordingly;
- Collecting and distributing mail, handling petty cash and completing the banking;
- Managing invoices, settlements and accounts payable;
- Filing and archiving of documents; and
- Other general office tasks as required.
Russ-Tech Solutions is seeking a candidate with proven experience working in administration and accounts payable environments.
The successful candidate will be extremely organised and bring structure to the role, allowing you to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. Your focus on attention to detail and high level of accuracy will see you performing tasks in a timely and exact manner.
You'll be enthusiastic and well presented, with excellent communication skills and initiative, along with your 'can-do' attitude.

You’ll be rewarded for your hard work with an hourly rate circa $21-$23 per hour negotiable depending on experience!
