About the Opportunity

Enercare has a unique opportunity for a dedicated, full-time Sales Representative to join our home-based team in Ottawa

Our Sales Representatives are experts in building long-term customer relationships. In this dynamic role, you will drive sales of our heating, cooling, water heating and plumbing solutions to help keep our customers comfortable. Working with a long-term and loyal customer base as your foundation, you will also have the opportunity to branch out and bring on new customers.  

In this role, we want you to focus on what you do best – closing sales. That’s why we will provide you with all the support and resources to help you succeed in this role. While some lead generation may be required, the majority of quality leads will be provided to you through referrals and inbound marketing efforts. 

This role is well suited to a motivated and driven professional who has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline. While some technical knowledge of HVAC products may be an advantage, it is not required for success in this role. Comprehensive sales and product training will be provided.  

Specifically, we are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented professional who has previous experience in a B2B sales role. Preference will also be given to candidates who demonstrate the following:  

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives;
  • Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal abilities;
  • Computer proficiency, including MS Office and social media;
  • Bilingualism (asset).

In recognition of your hard work and dedication, the successful candidate will be rewarded with a highly attractive remuneration structure. With uncapped commissions and earning potential, OTE in year one is $70,000 - $100,000+.
