About the Opportunity
Are you passionate about travel and ready to bring your career to the next level? Ignite Travel Group are looking to welcome a new Product Executive to the team, working from their Broadbeach location on the beautiful Gold Coast.
Reporting to the Director of Product, you will be taking charge of contracting, maintenance, and the day-to-day management of all business units, including My Holiday Centre, Group Buying Escapes, and Rewards Corp.
This role will see you taking on a number of different responsibilities, including:
- Assisting with the set-up, maintenance, and management of all rates and products;
- Negotiating offers with partners to deliver MHC, Rewards, and Group Buying Customers;
- Working closely with the marketing team to deliver product to the market;
- Working closely with Reservations to deliver key product information to consultants, and with the Operations Manager to deliver key product information to Load, Support, and Service teams;
- Liaising with external clients, including product suppliers, channel managers, and tour operators, as well as overseeing the integration of channel managers;
- Maintaining and managing supplier rate parity; and
- Completing all post-deal reporting for suppliers.
This role is best suited to someone with excellent presentation and negotiation skills, who will be able to work well with other departments and liaise effectively with managers. It will require close attention to detail and superior time management, as you must be able to view every aspect of the business while getting a sense of what is most important.
You will have clear verbal and written communication skills, giving the means to successfully partner with internal and external stakeholders.
To be considered you must have previous experience in a product and/or contract role.

You will be coming into a beautifully modern Broadbeach office, with parking onsite, right in the heart of the sunny Gold Coast where the atmosphere is always relaxed and the waves are at the doorstep.
This role is offered on a full-time, 38hrs per week. Candidates must have the flexibility to work some weekends as part of this.
