About the Opportunity
National Glass has multiple opportunities for capable and motivated candidates to join their team in Brisbane, QLD, as Glass Processors on a full-time equivalent basis across flexible shifts.
This role will see you working from the warehouse to manufacture glass installation units and laminated glass, cutting and processing glass using hand tools, automatic cutting machines, and glass toughening furnaces.
This role would be well suited to candidates with a manufacturing/warehousing background, and any experience operating heavy machinery would be an advantage. However, all training will be provided, including specialist training in National Glass software systems (please note, basic computer literacy will be required).
As you will be operating a forklift as part of your day-to-day duties, you will be required to hold a current Forklift License. You will also need to be physically capable of lifting reasonably heavy loads.
Most importantly, you will work well within a team, with a positive attitude and a commitment to quality.
Please note: Suitable candidates will be required to complete drug testing and a medical assessment prior to hiring.
