About the Opportunity

The David Evans Group have an opportunity for a Dealership Administrator to join their Brendale dealership, on a full-time basis.

Reporting to the Dealership Manager, you’ll be responsible for dealership administration and sales administration, whilst also providing strong administrative support to head office.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer calls, addressing debtor and sales inquiries and escalating to colleagues where necessary;
  • Managing and updating sales department's CRM and CDM;
  • Providing general administration support to ensure smooth operation of the dealership;
  • Providing daily reception duties as required;
  • Managing the dealership banking requirements and
  • Taking and distributing meeting minutes.

The David Evans Group are seeking a candidate who has demonstrated previous experience in customer service and administration. You’ll have exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to interpret customer requirements to ensure their needs are met.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills along with a pleasant phone manner will see you flourish in this role. You’ll have meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to follow and maintain internal processes and procedures. Strong computer literacy, with the ability to use all programs within the Microsoft Office Suite will be integral to this role.

Please note: Successful candidates must have a current driver’s licence with a clean driving history.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will enjoy an attractive remuneration package circa $45,000 - $55,000, depending on your skills and experience . Furthermore you will enjoy fantastic job satisfaction where your efforts can be directly measured against the company’s rapid growth.
