About the Opportunity
GSM Vodafone has exciting opportunities for full/part-time Retail Sales Assistants and full-time Assistant Managers to join their WA teams.
The company is seeking new talent to gear up the summer season. They are currently looking for teams to work in their Perth Airport, Fremantle, Armadale, Success, Claremont and Myer City stores.
For these roles, GSM Vodafone is seeking candidates with excellent customer service and communication skills. However, if you haven't worked in this area previously, but are well presented, love helping people and are keen to learn, GSM Vodafone would like to hear from you! Beginner-to-intermediate computer literacy skills will be required, as well as a positive "can-do" attitude. Sales and telecommunications experience would be highly regarded.

The Retail Sales Assistants will be responsible for ensuring great service, by providing customers with extensive product knowledge and first-rate assistance in relation to all Vodafone products / services.
Ideal Retail Sales Assistants will possess sales and customer service skills (or an interest in developing these skills), plus experience with store merchandising and stock control.
The Assistant Managers will assist the Store Manager with all aspects of store operations, achieving sales targets and ensuring all Vodafone store requirements are fulfilled.
Ideal Assistant Managers will possess leadership and supervisory skills, team building capabilities, computer knowledge, initiative, drive and the ability to meet set targets and KPI's.
These roles will be paid top $$$ with base and penalties, as well as uncapped commission! Assistant Managers also have the opportunity to receive team bonuses! GSM Vodafone prides itself on providing employees with a generous and achievable commission scheme!
