An exciting opportunity awaits you
Ice River Springs is currently seeking multiple Maintenance Technicians/Industrial Mechanics to join our growing teams in High Springs, Florida, Kentland, Indiana, and Morganton, North Carolina.
Working 12-hour continental shifts, you'll ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of all production equipment and assets, as well as detect irregularities and malfunctions. Flexible and dynamic, you'll respond quickly to change and use your knowledge and initiative to solve problems quickly.
Please note that we are seeking candidates to work overnight shifts for Morganton, North Carolina location.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Performing preventative maintenance on all equipment per the schedule
- Reading blueprints, diagrams and schematic drawings to determine how best to proceed
- Participating in the implementation of various improvement projects
- Repairing, installing, aligning, dismantle and moving equipment/production lines
- Adjusting machinery and repairing/replacing defective parts
- Cleaning, lubricating and performing machine maintenance
This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled maintenance professional who's process-driven and detail-oriented. You'll have proven ability to work at a fast pace, adapt quickly to change and produce quality work with a sense of urgency. Most importantly, you'll share the values of our organization and inject passion, creativity, and energy into your work.
To qualify for this role, you'll have:
- Five years of maintenance experience in the consumer packaged goods/beverage industry
- Experience with high-speed packaging equipment and/or Blow Molding (asset)
- Knowledge of electrical, automation and controls

You'll receive a highly competitive hourly wage of $18-$21 per hour depending on skills, experience, and location plus bi-weekly and monthly bonuses, 401K program, benefits available including life insurance. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.
