NPD - Project Specialist

About the role.

We are currently searching for an experience NPD Project Specialist to join our team based in our Hamilton Support Office. You will be critical to the success of our new product development pipeline ensuring we can continue our growth goals in key segments. This is a 12 month fixed term contract. 

  • Plan, execute, and support projects, including operational procedure development, simplification opportunities, and alignment with long-term business strategies.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process optimisation and store/product simplification.
  • Support testing, trialling, and implementation of new equipment and products with a focus on sustainability.
  • Facilitate in-store trials, review and sign off on new processes, and provide feedback on product development.
  • Prepare equipment or food items for presentations and ensure smooth integration into operations.
  • Contribute to the long-term strategy to grow sales and customer counts by driving innovation and supporting integration projects across the business.

About you.

You will demonstrate:

  • Previous experience managing projects relating to product development / innovation
  • A strong understanding of the product development pipeline and process
  • Outstanding collaboration and communication skills
  • A passion for food.
