About the Opportunity
Mister Minit has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Human Resources Coordinator/Advisor to join their successful team based in Kirrawee, NSW.
In this role, working closely with the Operations Team, you will provide support, assistance and advice to Franchisees and Managers across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Malaysia on all matters pertaining to Human Resources, Recruitment and Communications.
More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Updating and implementing HR policies and procedures;
- Advising Managers and Franchisees on all employee relations matters ;
- Interpreting award entitlements and relevant employment legislation ;
- Coaching and assisting Franchisees in performance management processes;
- Managing and maintaining employee records through the HR Information System;
- End to end recruitment including advertising, screening of resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews and coordinating pre-employment checks; and
- Providing support for HR projects as required.
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a tertiary qualification in Human Resources and have demonstrated experience with HR in a retail organisation.
This is a hands-on position, whilst based at Kirrawee, you will be primarily in the field educating and coaching Managers and Franchisees in people processes and competency. As such, you will need to have the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively and display exceptional organisational skills.
You will also need to have a good knowledge of OH&S Industrial Legislation, Loss Prevention and Technical Standards. A current driver's licence is also essential.
