About the Role
Team Medical Supplies now has an exciting full-time role for a Warehouse Manager based in Dural, Sydney.
In this role, your main responsibility will be to oversee and coordinate all warehouse operations, including managing a team of up to 15 staff members.
More specifically, some of your day-to-day duties will include (but will not be limited to):
- Managing and overseeing receiving, dispatch and inventory;
- Managing logistics and freight management;
- Ensuring efficient workflow to meet order demands;
- Leading, motivating, and delegating tasks to a small-medium sized team;
- Liaising with the customer service team; and
- Reporting and general administrative duties.
To be successful in this role, you will have strong experience in a similar position and demonstrated leadership skills.
As you will be leading a team of up to 15, it is essential that you are able to effectively delegate and manage staff whilst motivating and creating a great culture within the warehouse.
You will also need to have sound computer skills, a standard forklift license and driver's license.
While not essential, any additional industry training, relevant certifications, and/or qualifications will be held in high regard.
