About the Opportunity
Due to continued growth, Onetrak now has a full-time opportunity for an experienced Service Supervisor to join their team in Brighton, Hobart.
In this role, your main responsibility will be to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the workshop facilities whilst managing a small team.
Some of your key duties will include (but will not be limited to):
- Delegating tasks to workshop team members;
- Maximising lead times;
- Ensuring customer deliveries are on schedule;
- Organising the timely repair of machines;
- Reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy;
- Ensuring timesheets are completed correctly;
- Liaising with other departments to ensure effective communication;
- Ensuring all deadlines are adhered to; and
- General administrative duties as required.
About You
To be successful in this position, candidates will need to hold a relevant trade qualification, White Card, Forklift Licence, and Driver's Licence.
You will also need to have demonstrated experience in a similar position with a strong understanding of the earthmoving, construction, forestry, and/or mining industry.
In addition, it is key that you have a strong mechanical understanding of machinery, hydraulics and electrics, welding and fabrication experience, and excellent diagnostic skills.
You will also be an effective communicator and an approachable leader with high-level organisational and prioritisation skills. As such, you must be able to delegate tasks to team members effectively and provided technical assistance when required.
About the Perks
In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a competitive remuneration of $80,000 plus super and a fully maintained vehicle. A computer and mobile phone is also provided, as well as access to all the tooling you will need to do your job effectively and safely.
Negotiable relocation assistance will also be available for the right candidate.
