About your new role
MJB Seminars now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join their Perth team on a full-time basis.
In this role, your main responsibility will be to maximise online marketing and brand perception of MJB Seminars ensuring a world-class online presence. You will also contribute to effective online sales and marketing funnels whilst managing the look and feel of the MJB Seminars website.
This will primarily be achieved by:
- Managing podcasts via social media platforms such as Stitcher and iTunes;
- Ensuring all deployed content is brand aligned;
- Creating, setting up and managing online and email marketing campaigns;
- Assisting in gaining registrations for upcoming live events;
- Creating new forms of revenue and marketing;
- Liaising and managing a small team of virtual staff;
- Building and managing new websites; and
- Helping to manage the calendar of events.
It is key that you are an effective and approachable leader who is capable of managing a national and international team. As such, you will be an exceptional and honest communicator with strong leadership and project management skills.
Suitable candidates will have demonstrated experience in a similar position, with proven technical ability, and be well versed when it comes to web development and online sales; including creating online revenue streams.
While not essential, candidates with an understanding of CRM Software such as Infusionsoft and SalesForce will be held in high regard.
Your strong time management skills, attention to detail, creativity, and accountability will be crucial to your success in this role.
Most importantly, you will need to be a passionate and motivated individual who thrives running a team of likeminded (and somewhat quirky) teammates.
