What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Leading and motivating the team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensuring pizzas are made to perfection and delivered on time.
• Managing stock, rostering, and ensuring store safety and cleanliness.
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues with a positive approach.
• Training and developing team members to reach their full potential.
• Committing to obtaining a First Aid and CPR Certificate as well as a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (if not already held).

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is a plus.
• A positive, can-do attitude and strong leadership skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for delivering great service and quality food.
• Willingness to complete necessary certifications for workplace safety and food handling.
