What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
- Leading and motivating the team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensuring pizzas are made to perfection and delivered on time.
- Managing stock, rostering, and ensuring store safety and cleanliness.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues with a positive approach.
- Training and developing team members to reach their full potential.
- Committing to obtaining a First Aid and CPR Certificate as well as a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (if not already held).
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is a plus.
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong leadership skills.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for delivering great service and quality food.
- Willingness to complete necessary certifications for workplace safety and food handling.
