About the Opportunity
Our client is an established Victorian business offering a range of services to residential and commercial clients, including issuing building permits, performing building inspections, and carrying out building and risk assessments.
Due to ongoing growth, the organisation is now looking for a full-time Registered Building Surveyor to join their team in Mornington.
This position is primarily responsible for the end-to-end process of issuing building permits to a variety of clients. You will also be required to conduct building inspections and respond to technical enquiries from clients as required.
About You
Our client is looking for someone who can tick the following boxes:
- Unrestricted Registration as a Building Surveyor
- Comfortability in working across all aspects of permit and inspection processes
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrated experience in the effective engagement of internal and external stakeholders
- A current Driver’s License
