About the Opportunity

AWH now has a full-time opportunity for an experienced Operations Support Administrator to join their Brooklyn team on a full-time basis.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Customer Operations Team, Operations Group, and Site Manager.

More specifically, your key duties will include (but won't be limited to):

  • Tracking employee training requirements and ensuring they are adhered to;
  • Providing assistance in the use of online training systems where required;
  • Managing registers for plant and equipment, hazardous substances, SDD's, keys, etc;
  • Responding to queries from customer service, operations, and external stakeholders;
  • Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers;
  • Filing, mail distribution and assisting with general enquiries; and
  • Assisting with accounts, payroll, and managing suppliers as required.

To be successful in this role, it is essential that you hold previous experience in an administrative role within operations or logistics within the agricultural, wool, or cotton industry.

You will be a mature minded individual with exceptional time management skills and prioritising skills. This is a highly autonomous role, so you will need to be self-driven, trustworthy, and be able to take ownership of your role.

As such, strong assessment skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively and efficiently are a must. 

You will also need an awareness of WHS, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
