A key opportunity has been created for an experienced and talented Registrar Liaison Officer to work closely with the registrar community for the .au country code top level domain (ccTLD) and assist them in their efforts to be successful in the domain name industry. This role will be responsible for the effective communication between key stakeholders, regulatory bodies and registrars.
Ideally, the successful applicant will come from an account management or client services background, with a history of dealing with governmental or large corporate clients. As part of this role, you will be required to ensure we are meeting contractual requirements, whilst forming close working relationships with registrars and internal and external key stakeholders to ensure we provide the best service possible to registrars at all times. You will also have the ability to prepare technical reports and present to internal and external audiences confidently.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, together with effective problem solving and conflict resolution are essential to this position. Key to your success will be your understanding of ITIL practices towards IT Service management and ability to forge strong, long lasting relationships. A background in DNS, internet or registrar operations would be highly advantageous in this role.
