We have over 9 stations, 3 feedlots 4 farming operations and office based roles. About You
You're seeking a rural working lifestyle that will challenge and reward you both personally and professionally. You take pride in what you do and, you do it well. You're committed to working safely, you take care of yourself and you look out for your mates. You thrive working hard, being part of a team and working together to do a quality job, every time. You're always be keen to jump in and lend a hand regardless of the role. You're a reliable self-starter, you're passionate about cattle and keen to learn from, and work with, the best in the industry in how we breed, grow, handle and care for our livestock.
For potential station hands & pen riders, we can teach you all about cattle & general station operations, but you will need to be a reasonably competent, confident rider & capable horseperson.
Ideally, you're want to build your agri career, and not just be looking for a short term job.
About the roles
Some locations are more remote than others and include Mt Isa, Central Qld, Darling Downs, Roma district, Charleville and Augathella regions. With 13 properties (breeding, backgrounding & farming) along with 3 feedlots, there'll be a range of full-time permanent opportunities that may include:
- Station Hands and Maintenance Hands (Breeding & Backgrounding properties)
- Head Stockpersons
- Station Cooks
- Governess/Govenor roles
- Boreperson / Bore Runners
- Road Train Drivers
- Plant Operators (Grader/Loader)
- Mechanics
- Farm hands (cropping)
We offer on site accommodation at most of our properties with comfortable, airconditioned (mostly single) accommodation and meals provided. So if you are looking for a life style change, have been on the land for years or have a little bit of experience we have a role for you.
Please note, unfortunately most of our workplaces can't accommodate pets.
