We're looking for people who:

- Hold relevant qualifications or experience in your chosen field
- Thrive in a diverse, fast-paced team environment
- Have strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills
It's a bonus if you:
- Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander and are recognised as such by your community
- Demonstrate cultural competency, community connection, and a commitment to self-determination
- Have experience in Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations or the not-for-profit sector
- Are adaptable, proactive, and aligned with AHCWA's mission and values
