Position Overview

The Defence Products Program Manager will report directly to the Operations Manager and will be instrumental in leading product development projects within a small business unit. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and leadership capabilities to enhance the commercialisation of CTS products, particularly in the launcher systems domain.

The successful candidate will oversee project delivery, mentor team members, and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of defence projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical acumen and leadership skills, enabling them to navigate the complexities of product development in the defence sector.

• Bachelor or Postgraduate Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading complex projects related to automated mechatronic systems.
• Strong understanding of defence processes, regulations, and standards.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team development and collaboration.
• Ability to obtain necessary security clearance for defence-related projects.
