What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the reservations department
• Lead, train and mentor the reservations team to deliver exceptional service and uphold hotel standards
• Manage room inventory and implement rate strategies with the Revenue Manager
• Monitor booking pace, pickup trends and market demand to optimise revenue and forecasting
• Handle special requests, group bookings and VIP allocations with care and professionalism
• Maintain seamless communication with the Oval Hotel team and Adelaide Oval to ensure smooth guest journeys
• Generate and analyse reservation reports to support performance and compliance

What We’re Looking For:

You’re an energetic, detail-focused leader with:

• Proven leadership experience in hotel reservations
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• A love for service excellence and operational efficiency
• Sound knowledge of Hotel PMS (Opera Cloud preferrable), experience with channel management systems
