We’re looking for a hands-on, guest-focused Front Office - Duty Manager to help lead our daily operations and ensure every guest experience is seamless, warm and memorable. You’ll be a confident multitasker, a steady leader under pressure, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, premium environment.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee day-to-day hotel operations and uphold the highest service standards
- Lead, support and develop the Guest Services and Concierge teams
- Handle guest enquiries and challenges with professionalism and care
- Drive revenue through upselling, auditing and optimising operational performance
- Contribute to forecasting, financial analysis and cost management
- Assist across departments during peak periods to ensure smooth service delivery
- Manage workforce planning, rosters and compliance requirements
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Duty Manager or Front Office Supervisor in a hotel environment (luxury experience a plus)
- A natural communicator with a bright, professional and approachable style
- Calm and solutions-focused under pressure, with strong organisational skills
- Demonstrated ability to motivate teams and foster a positive, high-performance culture
- Passionate about hospitality and driven to create exceptional guest experiences

- Out-of-hours work is a requirement of this role in line with the business's operational needs and includes weekends, evenings and public holidays.
