We're seeking driven leaders to a new opportunity as Head of Hospitality Events, a rare senior‑level role for an accomplished commercial leader ready to operate at the very top of the hospitality and events industry.
This role is responsible for ensuring the hospitality events portfolio is commercially optimised, operationally ready and consistently delivers high-quality client and stakeholder experiences.
Reporting to the General Manager – Partnerships & Sales you'll focus on executing agreed strategies across event and non-event days with an emphasis on guest experience, revenue, forecasting and operational efficiency. You'll also lead the Functions & Events team to deliver strategy, revenue targets, and drive strong day-to-day collaboration across departments.
You'll be charged with implementing annual plans, managing sales activity, contributing to forecasting and providing practical insights to improve performance while ensuring strong alignment with organisational values, financial objectives, and operational standards.

We are looking for a leader who:

Has held senior accountability for hospitality events, premium venues or corporate sales at scale

Is commercially astute and decisive, with a strong record of revenue and margin delivery

Will lead, coach and develop the Function and Events team to deliver high performance and strong client service

Is energised by major events, visibility and responsibility. Yes, flexibility around weekend and out of hours work will be required!
