The Opportunity:

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an APAC Finance Business Partner - Data & Analytics to join our Finance team based in our Chullora, NSW office.

Reporting to the APAC Financial Controller, your primary objective in this varied role will be to harness historical data to provide valuable insights to our business leaders. You will be responsible for building and maintaining models for various business reviews and predictive analytics, including Sales and Innovation Reporting, Net Working Capital Optimization, and SKU Profitability.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Configure Power BI for APAC reporting and provide recommendations for Group reporting.
• Own and maintain dashboards and reports, including customer and product master data maintenance.
• Work with local teams to ensure APAC data accuracy utilized in Global reporting.
• Engage key stakeholders in Commercial, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance to gather their data and analytics requirements.
• Plan and project manage implementation across APAC sites.
• Acquire data from various sources and maintain databases.
• Use statistical methods to analyse data and create insightful business reports.
• Serve as the go-to person for data-related queries.

About you:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance data & Analytics professional who is looking to take the next step in their career and gain experience in a complex financial environment. With strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you will excel in dissecting financial data and make an impact in the success of our organisation.

To be successful you will possess:

• Degree in Finance, Computer Science, or related qualification.
• 2+ years of experience supporting regional finance or multi-site operations.
• Strong analytical skills to collect, organize, analyse information.
• Proficiency in query languages such as MS SQL, Oracle.
• Hands-on experience in BI solutions such as Power BI, Tableau, or Board.
• Attention to detail.
• Great communication skills with ability to present data to a variety of stakeholders including senior management.
