About the Role

GPC are seeking applications from suitably experienced candidates for a full time, 12-month fixed term contract position as a project administrator for the Northern Trade Precinct (NTP) project.

 

Reporting to the project manager and working within a dedicated project team, you will be responsible for reliable and efficient administrative services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update, maintain and report status of the various registers used by the project;
  • Arrange travel for project team as required;
  • Update and maintain project document library (electronic and hard copy) and coordinate the review/update and improvement of documents, including archiving and applying retention schedules to meet business requirements;
  • Process contractor/consultant timesheets, invoices and progress payments;
  • Manage the ongoing maintenance and improvement of the project document control process;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of business process and section performance through identification of efficiency gains.

 

About You

The suitable candidate for the position will have experience in performing project administration support and carry out work with professionalism and confidentiality.
