Aveo Live Well, Australia’s leading retirement village owner/operator is seeking an experienced, motivated and pro-active Village Manager for Aveo Southport Gardens on the Gold Coast.

About the role:
Reporting to the Territory Operations Manager, you will be required to provide management support to the village to create a happy, welcoming, caring and safe village community.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day operations of the village, monitoring and reviewing village compliance in relation to the Retirement Villages Act and all Aveo policies and procedures, and overall financial management of the village.
You will also be responsible for providing support to the Territory Operations Manager in developing, implementing and reinforcing policies, processes and practices which strive for continual improvement.
Minimum role requirement:
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Tertiary qualification in business or related discipline;
- Previous experience as a village manager (desirable);
- Knowledge of Retirement Accreditation standards, processes and criteria;
- Demonstrated knowledge in relevant legislation;
- Budget development and management;
- Intermediate to Advanced user of the Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- High level written and verbal communication and negotiation skills;
- Strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
