An exciting new opportunity exists within Aveo Group for an experienced, highly motivated and pro-active Sales Consultant to join our Sales team at Aveo The Domain Country Club, Ashmore QLD.

About the Role

Reporting to the Territory Sales Manager this position will be responsible for listing properties, liaising with outgoing residents or their representatives to ensure properties are listed appropriately for sale in terms of presentation, marketing and price.
 
You will be required to report monthly reappraisals of all available stock presentation and price, liaise directly with outgoing residents or their representatives about inspection feedback, attend unit appraisals and meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.

  • Support - you will have a Sales Assistant dedicated to assisting you at your designated locations. In addition, our Marketing team and Call Centre Representatives will provide leads - No prospecting required!

Minimum role requirement

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Willingness to complete Real Estate Licence or Certificate;
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience selling to consumers (Retirement or Real estate experience is not a pre-requisite)
  • Structured sales approach;
  • Accuracy with calculations, figures and attention to detail;
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines;
  • Strong results orientation, business acumen and commercial awareness;
  • High level of integrity and professionalism;
  • Experience with a Real Estate Sales database;
  • Intermediate to advanced user of the Microsoft Suite (particularly Word and Excel);
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
