Aveo Live Well, Australia’s leading retirement village owner/operator is seeking a Part Time (15 hours per week) Administration Assistant at our Peregian Springs Country Club, Peregian Springs QLD.



About the role:

Reporting to the Village Business Manager, you will be required to assist in providing a sustainable, caring lifestyle for residents in an environment which promotes dignity, comfort and security achieved through quality services.

You will be required to promote the culture and philosophies of Aveo Live Well, provide administrative support and coordinate and complete projects as directed to the Manager, and support the Manager to ensure positive outcomes for all residents, visitors, staff and others by providing a safe and pleasant environment.

 

Minimum role requirement:

  • Available to work 15 hours per week
  • Current First Aid certificate
  • Current National Police Check clearance
  • Demonstrated experience in an administration and receptionist position
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in the development and maintenance of relationships with older people
  • A passion for building on resident/customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate work, including the ability to establish priorities to meet deadlines and commitments
  • High attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise, communicate and work as part of a team
