Aveo Live Well, Australia’s leading retirement village owner/operator is seeking an Administrator at Aveo Durack.

 

About the role:

 


Reporting to the Clinical Services Manager, this role will be responsible for the smooth running of the medical office, particularly focusing on scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records, ordering office supplies, accounts and billing administration and assisting to maintain home care package systems.

 

You will ensure resident’s safety, security, dignity, privacy and well-being at all times, actively contribute to the promotion of best practice in OH&S and continuous quality improvement, and promote the culture and philosophies of Aveo Live Well.

 

To be successful in this role you must have:

 
•Demonstrated office management experience
•Understanding of privacy in terms of records management
•Previous retirement or aged care experience is highly desirable
•Demonstrated competency with the Microsoft Suite (particularly Word and Excel)
•Ability to liaise effectively with various internal and external stakeholders
•Demonstrated high standard of customer service and communication skills
•Excellent time management skills and ability to work towards deadlines
•Ability to work in a team based environment
•Current Police check clearance
