Aveo Live Well, Australia’s leading retirement village owner/operator is seeking an experienced, motivated and pro-active Assistant Village Manager for The Manors of Mosman, NSW.
About the role:
Reporting to the Village Business Manager, you will be required to provide assistance in all areas of management support to the village to create a happy, welcoming, caring and safe village community.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the day to day operations of the village, monitoring and reviewing village compliance in relation to the Retirement Villages Act and all Aveo policies and procedures, and support the Manager in the financial management of the village.
Minimum role requirement:
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Tertiary qualification in business, hospitality, aged care or property management highly desirable
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an office support, Personal Assistant or administration role
- Level 2 First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR certification
- Current Drives Licence
- Staff Management skills
- Knowledge of Retirement Accreditation standards, processes and criteria
- Demonstrated knowledge in relevant legislation
- Experience in handling confidential material
- Intermediate to Advanced user of the Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated knowledge of OH&S standards and requirements
- High level written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
