Aveo Live Well, Australia’s leading retirement village owner/operator is seeking a casual Service Coordinator to join our Aveo Botanic Gardens and Hampton Heath Villages in Cranbourne and Hampton Park, VIC.
About the role
Reporting directly to the Village Manager, you will be required to assist in providing a sustainable, caring lifestyle for residents in an environment which promotes dignity, comfort and security achieved through quality services.
You will be required to attend to the emergency call-outs in the village and serviced apartments, provide administrative support to the Village Manager and Serviced Apartment Manager and relieve the Village Manager during times of annual leave or over other periods of absence from the village.
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Minimum year 12 education or equivalent
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in the development and maintenance of relationships with older people
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate work, including the ability to establish priorities to meet deadlines and commitments
- Previous experience working as part of a small team
- Demonstrated ability to actively participate in continuous quality improvement practices in aged care including the organisation’s systems and processes
