The Role:
A great opportunity has become available for an experienced Administration Assistant/ Customer Service to join the team at our brand-new bakery opening at the beginning of 2026 in Nambeelup, WA (12km from Mandurah and 60 km South of Perth).
Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, this diverse role will see you managing a variety of administrative, customer service and bookkeeping tasks, playing a key part in the efficient operation of our new bakery.
This role is a Monday to Friday on-site full-time, permanent position.

We are looking for an experienced administration assistant who is confident, reliable and has great customer service and organisation skills.
To be successful in this role you will bring:
• Previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.
• Superior attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Proactiveness and a can-do attitude.
• Excellent time management and written & verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively using initiative.
• Willingness to learn, improve, and adapt.
• Proficiency in relevant IT skills such as MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word); working knowledge of systems like MS Great Plains or Kronos will be advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills and self-confidence.
