About The Role

This is an exciting and unique opportunity for a qualified chef with drive and passion for creating quality meals tailored to meet the daily lifestyle of the resident. You will be responsible for assisting the Chef Manager with producing the daily meals ordered by the residents while maintaining a high standard in quality, taste, food safety and presentation. Our Food Philosophy is delivered through our signature Excellence in Dining principles of providing food full of flavour, using fresh seasonal ingredients which creates taste sensations you want to share with family and friends within a dining service environment envied by restaurants. Food service venues includes three resident dining rooms, room service dining, Montgomery Café and a Private Dining Room for residents to enjoy sharing a meal with family and friends.

This is a full-time role with varied hours across the whole week including weekends, breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts.


About You

  • An appetite for delivering food services that anticipate our residents needs  
  • Exceptional flare with presenting food
  • Strong customer service focus
  • An approachable and mentoring demeanour  
  • Qualification in Commercial Cookery
  • Knowledge of food safety program following HACCP principles
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Current National Police Check
  • Valid Driver's Licence
  • 7 day availability
