About The Role

We are looking for a Project Site Supervisor (qualified carpenter) who has proven experience, in all aspects of domestic and commercial carpentry to join our team.  You will be responsible for the undertaking of major refurbishment projects at our Aged Care Facilities located throughout the metropolitan area, from Alkimos to Mandurah.

As an important part of the Project team, you will:

  • Completing all aspects of carpentry duties: fixing, cladding but not limited to
  • Maintain strict quality control & build in set timeframes
  • Ensure work is delivered in accordance with the drawings, specifications & scope of works
  • Assist in the coordination of carpentry work within the team
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations
  • Follow Aegis’s processes & procedures

About You

The successful candidate will bring:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a qualified carpenter
  • Construction Induction Card (White Card)
  • Have a full tool kit
  • Hold a current driver’s licence
  • High quality workmanship and skill base
  • Ability to use own initiative and prioritise tasks and time
  • Have strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Full Australian working rights and able to pass a national police clearance
