We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our customer service and administration team. You will support staff, prioritise and delegate workloads, and ensure the delivery of efficient, high-quality services to the community.

Position Summary

 

Lead and coordinate the administration team to deliver high quality customer service and administrative support for the legislated and other operations of the EPBS’ Department

Lead the development of administrative systems and processes that respond to legislated and other change and that result in continued improvements in the customer experience and administrative functions of the team.

Lead a work environment that values teamwork and high performance to achieve a high-quality service.

Essential Criteria

 

  • Qualifications in Business Administration or Leadership and Management (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong customer service, excellent communication skills, and experience in administration, records management, and relevant computer systems
  • Current Drivers licence.

Salary: $1,453.41  to $1,526.99 per week + 12% superannuation

Position Status: Permanent – Full-time

Hours of work: 35 hours per week with an RDO every third week
