About the Role
The role is a one-year backfill position that centres around providing administrative support to the Priority Development team, delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the team’s engineering and planning duties.
About the Successful Candidate
The candidate will:
· Be experienced in undertaking administrative duties in an effective and confidential matter.
· Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. This will involve attending to customer enquiries over the phone and in person.
· Ensure accurate filing and maintaining of data into the corporate information systems.
· Provide assistance and advice to other Council departments.
· Assist with administrative tasks in the Planning and Development Directorate when requested.
· Ensure that all work undertaken by the position is carried out in a healthy and safe manner.
