About the Role

Live4Life is the only mental health education and youth suicide prevention model designed specifically for rural and regional communities.

Live4Life communities deliver Teen and accredited Youth Mental Health First Aid training in schools and the wider community, create local partnerships to lead conversations about mental health that reduce stigma, and promote young leaders as mental health ambassadors.

The Live4Life Model has four key components:

1)      Support, coordination and mentoring from Youth Live4Life’s staff

2)    School and community partnerships

3)    Mental health training

4)    “The Crew” - Live4Life’s youth leadership and participation program 

The role is varied, we’re looking for someone who can go from facilitating a partnerships meeting, to organising Mental Health First Aid Training, or event planning and delivery, then sourcing funding to ensure the program can grow sustainably into the future with our community need.

The Partnerships Coordinator is the glue which binds the local Live4Life partnership together and drives progress and success.

About the Successful Candidate

They’ll be a well-rounded communicator with exceptional partnership skills, who can use or learn a range of internal and external programs while working as part of a close-knit team. They’ll have attention to detail, be organised and interested in leading the Baw Baw Live4Life partnership and program adding to its ongoing sustainability for Baw Baw’s current and future Young People. Loving a varied day and being excited to learn and grow is a huge advantage.
