About the Role

The Transformation Lead is responsible for leading Councils Future Ready Program. This program supports the Executive Vision to make Baw Baw a great place to work, grow and succeed by overseeing the delivery of key projects investing in people, process, place and technology.
We are seeking a program management leader with an understanding of best practice engagement and change management practices. As the key driver of the transformative journey, you will manage the overall program and its scheduling, standardised project management practices, robust governance arrangements, and streamlined reporting processes, ensuring a clear path to success. 

To excel in this role, you’ll have experience in similar transformative projects, a collaborative approach, and an excellent program and project management skills. Your skills in stakeholder engagement and management will be crucial, as will your ability to effectively navigate and lead change.

•    Experience in driving transformation initiatives.
•    Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage complexity. 
•    Experiencing in influencing and negotiating at a Senior Leadership Level.
•    Leadership and people management experience.
