About the Role

The Executive Assistant – Governance and Information Services is primarily responsible for supporting the Director Governance and Information Services as well as teams within the Directorate and the wider Executive Leadership Team. You will provide a high level of confidential, secretarial and administrative support to the Director and be responsible for preparing correspondence and administering several internal and external committees. You may also be required to undertake special projects at the Director’s request.

 

About the Successful Candidate

You are a skilled communicator with experience in working in a public sector environment and managing a multi-disciplinary role, including administration and communications. You are pro-active, organised and attentive to the requirements of supporting the Executive Leadership Team and are adept at calendar and email management and collaborating efficiently across a number of teams. 


Pre-empting requests and attention to details are key attributes you will require as well as experience working independently and being adaptable to changing requirements and environments. The successful candidate will have an enthusiastic attitude and be willing to use their skills and acquire new skills, to perform at their best in this role.
