About the Role

As the Change Management Lead, you will play a key role in shaping and guiding Baw Baw Shire Council's business and digital transformation efforts through the Future Ready program.

We’re looking for a change manager who can work across multiple areas of the program, enhancing our people, workplace, process, and technology initiatives.
You will be hands-on in delivering change within transformation initiatives, working closely with leaders and project teams to ensure successful transformation. 

Key responsibilities include conducting change impact analyses, developing stakeholder engagement plans, embedding change management frameworks into projects, and driving the successful implementation of change initiatives.

 

About the Successful Candidate

To excel in this role, you’ll need significant experience in change management in large-scale transformation projects, a collaborative approach, and strong project management skills.
