Are you detail-oriented and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Revenue Administration Officer to support our Revenue Services team.

About the Role
As the Revenue Administration Officer, you will play a vital part in maintaining Councils property database and ensuring the efficient collection of Council’s rates and other revenues.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Timely and accurate completion of the administrative tasks
- Provide advice and customer service on rating and property matters.
- Administer and reconcile the daily bank download process to ensure the accurate timely completion of online cash receipting.
- Daily processing of monies paid directly to Council bank accounts.
- Provide excellent customer service to the community.
- Ability to provide assistance to the Coordinator of Revenue Services and the wider team when required.
