About the Role

In the role you will be the first point of contact for Council’s in-person, phone and live chat enquiries.
As a Customer Service Officer, you will communicate effectively with a wide variety of people in a professional and courteous manner. You will often be collaborating on problem solving and information sharing, engaging with multiple stakeholders to support customer needs.
