Are you detail-oriented and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Revenue Officer to support our Revenue Services team.

About the Role
As the Revenue Officer, you will play a vital part in maintaining Councils property database and ensuring the efficient collection of Council’s rates and other revenues.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Administration of the property database
• Processing of subdivisions and supplementary valuations
• Processing of objections and the collection of Council’s rates and other revenue.
• Addressing of residential and rural properties
About the Successful Candidate
To excel in this role, you will have strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, financial systems and other related software. You will be proactive in problem-solving and able to work effectively within a team. Experience in local government, particularly in a rating or property-focused environment would be advantageous.
