About the Role
As the Support Officer – Infrastructure Maintenance, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations team running smoothly. From managing admin and customer service tasks to supporting safety compliance, coordinating training, and helping monitor performance and reporting metrics - you’ll be the backbone of a highly skilled and hands-on unit.
You’ll be part of a dynamic and supportive team that works hard to deliver high-quality services to the Baw Baw community. With plenty of variety in your day and a focus on continuous improvement, this is an opportunity to contribute directly to services that impact people’s lives.
About the Successful Candidate
You are a detail-focused administrator who thrives in a busy environment. You’ll bring a can-do attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to juggle competing priorities. You’ll have:
• A Certificate III or higher in Office Administration or equivalent experience
• Great communication and time management skills
• A strong sense of initiative and confidence navigating systems, processes, and data
• A passion for improving processes and supporting a values-driven team
• A current Victorian driver’s licence
Experience in municipal operations or works admin is desirable but not essential.
