About the Role
In this role you will:
• Be the first point of contact for Council’s in-person, phone and live chat enquiries
• Have the ability to communicate with a wide variety of people in a professional and courteous manner
• Be able to adopt a collaborative and flexible approach to problem solving and information sharing
• Be a strong team player with a can-do approach.
About the Successful Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
• Has a background in customer service
• Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Has outstanding personal organisation and time management skills
• Thrives in a team environment and is also confident working autonomously
• Contributes to positive team culture.
