About the opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor Workshop to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis to deliver operational excellence and innovation. This is more than just a vacancy, it is a unique opportunity to take on a pivotal leadership role that is foundational to the future of Blacktown City’s fleet operations.

Qualifications and experience
Essential:
- Tertiary or trade qualifications
- Strong experience and leadership
- Extensive experience in the application of skills in all aspects of the job
- Solid knowledge of application of skills in complex areas of the job
- Demonstrated experience leading a medium to large team of functional / operational positions
- Demonstrated communication skills when responding to staff
- Current class ‘HR’ driver's licence.
Remuneration and benefits
The salary and conditions of employment are in accordance with Blacktown City Council’s Enterprise Agreement.
- Entry level for this position starts at $1,730.04 per week
- 38-hour working week
- Rostered Day Off (RDO) every fortnight
- Car allowance
- Employee benefits such as leave entitlements (where applicable), 11.5% employer contribution payable to your nominated superannuation fund, Fitness Passport, gym membership discounts, and social clubs.
