About the opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Urban Forest Administrator to support the efficient operation of our Urban Forest team on a permanent, full-time basis.
This role provides critical administrative and customer service support, acting as a key liaison for internal teams and the public.
Responsibilities include:
- coordinating service requests
- managing documentation
- ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications and experience
Essential:
- A minimum Certificate III in Business Administration or related field
- Suitable experience in an administrative function or similar role.
Desirable:
- Local government experience
- Experience working within a tree management environment.
Remuneration and benefits
The salary and conditions of employment are in accordance with Blacktown City Council’s Enterprise Agreement.
- Entry level for this position starts at $1,408.84 per week
- 35-hour working week
- Opportunity to participate in Council's flextime arrangement
