About Kids' Early Learning
Here at Council, we own and operate a childcare business, Kids’ Early Learning, with a portfolio of 31 childcare centres and over 30 family daycare educators.
Kids’ Early Learning has approximately 300 full-time, part-time and casual staff, and operates throughout the Blacktown local government area, serving over 2000 families and providing care and learning needs for their children.

About the opportunity
We are seeking to appoint 2 enthusiastic Child Care OSHC Coordinator's within Kids’ Early Learning. We currently have opportunities available across the following OSHC services:

1 x Permanent, full‑time position – Kids’ Early Learning Marayong South OSHC

1 x Temporary, full‑time position for up to 12 months – Kids’ Early Learning Nirimba Fields OSHC
These full‑time roles are based on 35 hours per week and require working a split shift across 5 days, covering both AM and PM shifts.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing a program of developmentally appropriate activities and maintaining a consistently high standard of care for all children, in collaboration with staff.
Qualifications and experience
Essential:
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
- Extensive experience in leading teams of educators in an early childhood or school aged care service
- Completion of Child Protection Course CHCPRT025 - Identify and report children and young people at risk
- Current certificate HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
- Current certificate HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an education and care setting or Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management Training certificate that meets requirements of the Education and Care Services National Law 2010 and Education and Care Services National Regulation
- Prepared to undertake a National Police Check
- A valid NSW Working with Children Check
- Current class C driver’s licence.
Remuneration and benefits
The salary and conditions of employment are in accordance with Blacktown City Council’s Enterprise Agreement.
- Entry level for this position starts at $1,563.45 per week
- 35-hour working week

This position has been identified as child related work, in accordance with the Child Protection (Working with Children) Regulation 2013.
